FAMILY MEETING AND TESTING WEEK

This week, April 21-25th, will be both Family Meeting and Testing Week for our students. A few things to note for this week: Tuesday and Wednesday will both have a shortened lunch from 11:55-12:10. Wednesday will also be an early release day and 12:10. Monday and Friday are regular schedules. Please help your students plan accordingly!

PROM

June Jordan and Leadership have joined together again to throw “A Night in Hollywood” Senior Prom. The event will be held at the Kabuki Hotel on May 9th. Tickets are currently on sale for $50 each with a date, or $60 for those going solo! If you have any questions, please contact our Student Life Coordinator, Mr. Alberto Salinas, at asalinas@leadershiphigh.org.

VENDING MACHINE

We have signed up with H.U.M.A.N. Healthy Vending, a program that will help us to provide inexpensive, healthy snacks and drinks to our students. There will be a sampling event next Tuesday, April 29th, where students can try and select the food that will be sold in the vending machine. The new machine should arrive within 2-3 weeks. Until then, snacks will be sold in the office. However, please help your students to come to school prepared with snacks and drinks. Thank you!

LHS SWEATSHIRTS

Leadership High School sweatshirts are on sale for $25. They are available for purchase in the main office after school. Show your Griffin pride!

DONATIONS

The LHS main office and classrooms would greatly benefit from the following items: Clorox wipes, feminine products, tissue, cough drops, and hand sanitizer. If you are able to donate any of these items, please bring them to the main office, room #301.

Thank You!

If you have items for the Parent Press, or would like to receive them via e-mail, please contact our Office Manager, Emma Cizek at ecizek@leadershiphigh.org
